It is strictly forbidden to add any grease to the damping wheel. Do not open the self adjustment without permission.

Ofter change the wool felt in order to avoid blocking the thread nozzle.

If there is a strange noise or no rotation of the wire wheel, please replace it in time, because the bearing is worn out.

If the damping wheel appears to rotate and slip, please use the cotton thread dipped in alcohol to pull and rub the O-ring inside the damping wheel, which can remove the wax dirt left in the enameled wire.

Keep the production site clean, long time dust accumulation tends to wear the tensioner parts.

The tension knob at the bottom can only be rotated left and right, not pulled down.
